Calling a customer

In this page, you can view a list of tickets, both currently queued or scheduled.

In the Current Queue tab, you can find the next in line, as well as waiting tickets. Please note that only Tickets with requested services the logged in RSC can perform will appear in this list.

Information is provided on whether the ticket is scheduled, the scheduled hour, the ticket number, the customer’s name, the mobile number, if there is a preferred RSC for attending the ticket, the waiting time, and whether it is a priority. If it is a priority, it will automatically move ahead of non-priority customers’ tickets. You can also delete tickets.

To call the next ticket, click the Call next number button.

By clicking on Scheduled Appts., you can view the scheduled tickets.

When calling a ticket, there will be a ‘Now’ section that shows the details of the ticket currently being attended to.
