Edit Stores

By clicking on Edit, you can modify the store’s information, such as

  • Name
  • Region
  • Area
  • Appointment Delay (Minutes)
  • Appointment Interval
  • Time-zone
  • Address
  • Store Status
  • Photo (with a maximum height of 512px)

After making the changes, click on Save Store. Alternatively, you can copy the information from another store.

In Stations, you can:

  • Edit a station to set whether it is active or not.
  • Delete a station.
  • View login session data of each station.

You can also create a new station by entering the name, selecting whether it will be active or not, and then clicking on Submit New Station.

In Employee Services, you will see all the employees for that store, and the services assigned to each of them.
You can click on Change for the employee you want to add or remove services from.

Here you can edit the store schedule, the hours the store opens and closes during the week.

By clicking on Edit and Delete you can change the existing schedules.

If you click on Add Schedule, you will add a new period for a specific day. This gives you the possibility to, for example, accommodate a lunch hour or multiple shifts.

In Ad-Hoc Closure, you can specify a date and time range when the store will be closed. This overlaps and takes priority over the normal store schedule.

In Recurrent Ad-Hoc Closure, you can specify a recurrent date and time range when the store will be closed and whether the frequency will be weekly, monthly, or annually. This overlaps and takes priority over the normal store schedule.

In Ad-Hoc Closure, you can specify a date and time range when the store will be open. This overlaps and takes priority over the normal store schedule.
