Global View

The Global View page gives you an overall look on the current status of all stores configured in XQ2.

You can select “all stores” or select the store you want and then click on Filter to make a selection of specific stores.

If you select Automatic Reload, this will automatically update the information on the stores, stations and services when there are changes.

We can also see information on:

  • How many stations are active.
  • How many stations are inactive.
  • How many stations are closed.

And a table with the information:

  • ID Store
  • Store name
  • Store status
  • Stations status

When you click on a store name, it will open more information about that store.

First you have the “Average waiting time”. You can filter the period for this calculation by entering From and To dates and clicking on Calculate.

You’ll also see a list of all the stations in the store.
For these we have:

  • Station name
  • Status
  • Current VRN – internal identifying code for current interaction
  • RSC
  • Intent/Offered – number of services selected by the customer vs offered by the RSC on this interaction
  • Total VRNs for today – number of interactions so far on this station

and in the next section we have the store’s “Tickets in Queue”, with the information:

  • Ticket ID
  • Customer’s First Name
  • Customer’s Last Name
  • Services chosen
  • Waiting time
