After calling a ticket, you arrive at the main customer attending page. This page is divided in several sections, each dedicated to one aspect of the customer attending process.
There will be a section showing the requested services and their status. On this section, you can:
- Start and stop the service you are providing to the customer
- Add services to the current ticket
The End Ticket button will only be clickable once the service is completed.
The Re-Schedule button allows rescheduling the current customer for another date / time.
